Greenhouses

     Standard greenhouses come with one Dutch style door and one rear window vent. Doors and vents have sturdy metal stays that lock open to prevent wind damage. Standard greenhouses also come with straight shelves down both sides. With the exception of the pressure treated base and around windows, all wood is untreated to prevent off-gassing of chemicals into your future plants. Our dry kiln lumber is coated with 100% natural Tung oil as a preservative. We recommend clients continue to use a natural oil on the shelves to prolong wood life. 

     Standardly we use ultra clear Sun-Tuff polycarbonate for the exterior. It is extremely durable, long lasting and easy to clean! It is also recyclable unlike its fiberglass counter part. We can use fiberglass sheets if requested, Doors and window vents are covered with flat polycarbonate sheets which have an insulation air layer.
